A cake inspired by Japanese cherry blossoms. It is miniature in size, only 3" x 3"x 4". A cute and delicate piece of art work! :) Inside is a chocolate favored cake with vanilla buttercream filling, covered with home-made marshmallow fondant. The florets are also made of fondant, shimmered with edible pearl dust. Perfect for weddings and shower favors.
